  2. Step.2 Application Consulting

    After receiving your order, our dedicated consultant who is familiar with systems and business will propose the optimal Plaza-i implementation and operation policy after conducting interviews, confirming your business requirements, and completing a fit-gap analysis. Also, enter your evaluation on CRP at this stage.

  3. Step.3 Customization

    Based on the fit-gap analysis that starts at the Proposal step and is completed in the Application Consulting step, we will add functions, screens, and reports as deemed necessary.

    Plaza-i is one of the few packages that can be upgraded smoothly even if customized features are added.

  4. Step.4 Implementation Support/Training

    Based on the implementation and operation policy decided at the Application Consulting step, let's set up system data such as optional parameters, set up, review, and import master data, and register initial balances to get the Plaza-i system ready for operation.

    At the same time, we will provide each person in charge with system operation training on master maintenance, daily operations, monthly closing processes, etc. Since it is completely individual training, you can learn until you thoroughly understand and move on to go-live.

  5. Step.5 Support after Go-Live

    After going live, review the operational results including the first monthly closing process, confirm that the objectives of system implementation have been achieved, and then complete implementation support, handing over to standard support.
