Plaza-i

What is Plaza-i?

Plaza-i is an ERP package system for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Traditional ERPs were first developed mainly for large-scale companies, and even now, there are still ERPs that are more suitable for large global companies. On the other hand, our full-fledged ERP system, Plaza-i, also supports multiple currencies, multiple languages, and multiple accounting standards, and takes internal controls into consideration. However, unlike global ERPs, Plaza-i is a system developed for small and medium-sized enterprises in Japan.

While maintaining the theoretical foundation of a global ERP, we have been developing customized solutions for the needs of many Japanese companies and incorporating them all into a package for over 20 years. The result is Plaza-i, a system that includes the functions required by Japanese small and medium-sized enterprises as standard.

Plaza-i has been widely implemented not only as a new system but also as a replacement for office computers, existing in-house developed systems, and outdated legacy systems that have been customized too much. All customizations are incorporated into the Plaza-i package, resulting in a long-lasting system for many users. Because of this track record, Plaza-i continues to be chosen today as an ERP system for small and medium-sized businesses in Japan.

Plaza-i's Five Promises

  1. Direct Support by the Developer
As the developers who are familiar with Plaza-i, we will provide implementation support and propose various rational operation methods used by other companies and similar industries. This makes you capable of taking full advantage of the Plaza-i package system.

  2. User's Guide with a Wealth of Know-How
For implementation, you can use the user's guide, which is full of operational know-how, setup examples, input examples, and operation examples. For support services, this user's guide, rather than a specific person, ensures your operations.

  3. You Can Check the Specific Operational Image in Advance
Plaza-i, which is compatible with multiple industries, has built-in functions that match business practices from the beginning, so you can use your company's data and check the behavior before proceeding with implementation. (CRP: We use an ERP implementation method called "Conference Room Pilot")
Therefore, you can safely install the system after confirming the operational image yourself.
This is an implementation method that can be achieved by the highly functional package that incorporates business practices and our consultants who understand every detail of business practices and package systems.

  4. Eliminate Unnecessary Customization and Minimize Customization Costs
By standardizing business processes through CRP, you can determine what customization is truly necessary.
Our consultants always suggest alternative operational methods, so you can limit the customizations to the 'necessary' ones that truly improve business efficiency, minimizing customization costs that tend to increase.

  5. Incorporate In-house Customization into the Functions of the ERP Package as Standard
Since customization is done by the developers who developed the system, there are fewer mistakes and the package can be used as is even if it is updated. Even at the time of future upgrades, legacy issues will not occur, which is the last thing you want to have after customization.
