・You can estimate the sales budget achievement rate by registering order probability, expected date of orders, and expected date of posting sales.
・Furthermore, even in case you do not register the sales prospects in the system, when your business requires several months until delivery of products, this module monitors a new sale order registration and changes thereafter in delivery date or amounts and provides a daily flash report on a real-time basis to promote sales activities of each sales representative by counting their sales achievement and estimating future sales.
・Also, keep track of the sales prospects associated with the quotations and sales order vouchers of SOE module.

・This module is most suitable for managing purchases of services and goods such as advertisements, printed materials, computer purchases, which require budget management and establishment of request and approval workflow procedure.
・It is assumed that this module is used by sales representatives, persons in change of purchasing, and persons who have authority to approve the data, and then payment requests will be sent to accounting department; this module works as a front-end module of the Payable module.
・This is best suited for companies who need to strengthen internal control of general expense transactions, or who have foreign currency denominated transactions.

・This module is for system and software companies who develop and/or support software products, and information system departments of user companies.
・Approximately 100 systems can be processed by this module considering combo box usability; however, if this number is enough, you can also use this system for maintenance of other general products such as hardware.
・This module handles the registration of maintenance support history for users, the incident management, and the reporting of the support activities.
・On the other hand, this module also manages in maintaining your product itself, i.e., the information management of additional functions, improvements, changes, and escalations for products, management of development and test processes, and issues of release notes.
